i employed some scraping to add liveliness. the randomly textured board was toned with raw sienna/oms. using a broader palette these days and spending less time mixing.

the joy of experimentation is the basis of this study in color and texture. i am so tired of "gottas" and "cant's" in my regular life, when i paint i want to paint freely.
